Kotwals motor spares online has partnered with Courier Guy and Courier It to ensure the fastest delivery to you. 

Cost

Dispatch

Provided that the item are in stock

  • Orders received from Monday to Thursday  before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 12pm on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning  

Delivery time

  • Delivery to major cities can be expected to arrive 24 hours after dispatch 
  • Delivery 100km away from major cities can take 48 hours after dispatch
  • Outlying areas can take 72 hours after dispatch 

Delivery Exclusions

  • Mines, Plots, Farms, Game Reserves, National Parks, Universities, and Power Stations are excluded. These require special trips and can attract additional charges. 
  • Delivery excludes Weekends and Public Holidays. These can be arranged at Special Costs.
  • To save on cost, You can pick up from the nearest Postnet or Courier guy counters.

 

Returns Policy

To process a return please fill out the returns form below and read our returns policy carefully 

  • Fill out the returns form within 7 days of your purchase
  • Refund to be paid in full if the goods is not fitted and in original packaging. 
  • Buyer will be liable for freight charges
  • We reserve right to refuse the return of goods after 7 Days.  
  • Goods returned to us must be securely packaged with bubble wrap or any another reasonable packing material. Goods returned damaged will not be credited and the buyer will be required to collect these goods at their own cost.
  • If the buyer has purchased the incorrect part and is returning the part, shipping costs are for the buyer’s account.
  • If the incorrect part has been dispatched from the part purchased by the buyer, Kotwals online will pay for the shipping back to us.
  • Fill out returns form within 7 days from delivery.
  • Parts should be in its original packaging and have no trace of oil, grease or fitment. 
  • Goods returned to us must be securely packaged with bubble wrap or any another reasonable packing material. Goods returned damaged will not be credited and the buyer will be required to collect these goods at their own cost.
  •  Goods must be returned within 7 Days. We have the right to refuse the return of goods after 7 Days.
  • If the incorrect part has been dispatched from the part purchased by the buyer, Kotwals online will pay for the shipping back to us.
  • If the buyer has purchased the incorrect part and is returning the part, shipping costs are for the buyer’s account.
  • All Electronic goods go through attentive testing prior to the consumer receiving it. Most manufacturers do not accept returns on electric or electronic items.
  • If you have a problem with any electronic parts you may return it but expect a delay in refund as we need to send in the part for testing which takes a week.
  • Most items carry 6 or 12 months warranty
  •  Depending on the nature of the item, you may need to provide proof of installation at an RMI approved workshop and vehicle service maintenance records. We will cover the return shipping if the item is genuinely faulty.
  • Repair Technicians must have a qualification and training for the fitment of this specific product and use the correct equipment as specified by the Vehicle Manufacturer. This includes, but not limited to; torque settings, gaskets, specified lubricants, quality consumables, computer-aided settings, calibration settings, specified equipment and tools, etc

Fill out return form. After receiving your request kotwals.com will arrange for collection depending of the nature of the request

Item will be returned to kotwals.com and our technical department will assess the parts

If the item qualifies/passes our inspection a refund or replacement will be processed within 1-3 days
